Evaluating Student Satisfaction for Quality Improving in a Department of High Education Association

چکیده

In today’s organizations it is a necessity to evaluate customer satisfaction with a proper method and improve according to the results. In this study we analyzed student satisfaction in a high education department. A survey was applied on 132 students of a department which has an average 180 students. Student satisfactions related to department services was evaluated. In the survey it was wanted from students to sign their most important problems respectively. Survey results were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 software. At the end of the study the most important problem was determined as “the academic staff is not enough in number and scientific sufficiency”.
